Leadership & Support

Hollye has been a veterinary radiology technician for 17 years.  She received her Associate degree in veterinary technology from Sul Ross State University in 2002 and obtained her RVT the same year.  She then graduated with her Bachelor degree in animal science in 2004.  Upon graduation, she worked at the University of Missouri’s veterinary teaching hospital in radiology for 4 years where she instructed 4^th year veterinary students how to obtain quality radiographs.  She also became accomplished in CT, MRI, and nuclear medicine procedures.  She joined the Texas A&M veterinary radiology team in 2008 as an alternate imaging technician.  She graduated in 2013 with her Bachelor degree from the University of Texas at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center School of Health Professions and obtained her RT (MR) certification.  Her scholarly interests are CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, and large and small radiography. 

Hollye is available to VitalRads clients who need consultation on advanced imaging, especially setting up, configuring, and positioning for high quality diagnostic images with CT and MRI.  She has extensive experience in all facets of radiology and may also assist in radiographic quality.  You may contact Hollye directly at hollihocks@hotmail.com or 806-683-2181.
