Full Access to Your Specialist

You will find the name and contact information of the specialist at the bottom of each case report. Feel free to contact them if you have any questions regarding the findings. Also, you can select a preferred specialist to read your case when you submit a request.

Please note: Not every specialist reads daily; therefore, there may be a delay if a particular specialist is selected. 

Same Day Turn-Around

We are commited to returning reports within the same business day. We average 3-4 hours on most days. Although we do not guarantee a turn-around time, we work hard to return your report the same day.

Echocardiogram cases are usually read by the next business day.

STAT cases are also an option - they are read within 1 hour or the additional STAT fee is waived.
